We are a 58 bed skilled nursing facility and have received a five out of five star rating from the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services. Ratings are based on health inspections, quality measures and staffing.
We are very proud of our achievement but more so of our staff who earn our gratitude and respect.
If the past few years have taught us anything, it is the confirmation of just how much we care for and about our residents. Our staff’s commitment to be here, to care for and to put our resident‘s needs ahead of their own is a reflection of their dedication to our residents and to each other. We are here to offer our help with kindness, using the knowledge we have, to provide the care and services each of our residents‘ need and deserve.
We understand that each resident is unique, with different needs, real and perceived, as well as different expectations from our facility’s staff. Our efforts are directed in helping each resident achieve their highest level of ability. We strive to offer encouragement in all that we do, recognizing the smallest resident achievements and even when proving those services the resident is no longer able to accomplish themselves. We take the time to know and develop a relationship with our residents and offer an individualized approach that enhances the resident’s well-being
There are any number of cliché descriptions on the importance of team work, but teamwork not only improves the performance of our staff but also leads to their longevity. We are proud of the retention rate of our staff providing experience with the residents within our care, experience with communication between our staff and ultimately a better continuity in the care and services provided.

Adrienne entered the Administrator-in-training, passing her State and Federal Board Exams earlier this year after which she was promoted to the Administrator position. Adrienne’s focus is her commitment to the residents entrusted to her. She cares deeply for the residents and by extension, the staff who care for them. Karen Kempf has been with us for over 4 years overseeing every admission, insurance eligibility inquiry, assisting with insurance applications and annual renewals. She also receives most of the inquiries for admission gathering all needed information to assist with our decision for placement into our facility. Karen also oversees the private billing for services rendered and forwards needed inform formation to our biller for the submission of insurance claims.
